Wyoming Real Estate Commission
The mission of the Real Estate Commission and the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board is to assist and protect consumers of real estate services and foster economic growth in Wyoming. Through our programs of education, licensing and industry regulation, the Real Estate Commission and the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board ensure the availability of capable and honest real estate service providers.
Neither the Commission nor the Board receives general fund appropriations but must operate solely on fees collected from licensees.
