NEW Cigna Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Cigna has launched a new revised Explanation of Benefits (EOB). It is more aesthetically pleasing, and with a more logical format makes it easier to read. Other notable features include: the new Cigna logo; a summary page clearly noting the amount saved (discount) and what the patient owes; an enhanced display of the patient’s health expenses accumulated to date and maximums met; a glossary of EOB terminology; and the claim detail page in a landscape format with additional claim details.
