Click on "Access Rules Database".
Click on "Administration & Information, Dept. of" under "Agency".
Select "Real Estate Commission" under "Program"
Select the type of rules to search for under "Rule Type".
Click on "Search" at the bottom of the Search Box.

COMMISSION POLICIES adopted 9-8-11
1. Meeting Notices: Meeting notices will be posted on the website as “Regular Meeting Notice,” mailed to the REALTOR liaison, Assistant Attorney General assigned to the Commission, and any other interested parties who so request notice, and to the Wyoming Press Association for dissemination to other newspapers.
2. ARELLO Reports: Agendas will include reports from Commission and staff on attendance at ARELLO meetings.
3. Appraiser Board Reimbursement: The Wyoming Real Estate Commission will request the Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board to pay the Commission a fee on July 1 of every year for staff time.
4. Instructor Review: All instructors who want to teach
Commission required continuing education courses must
participate in the review or update of the courses at their own
expense. (Amended 1/18/11 to delete “In January of each
year,”)
