If you would like to present at an upcoming School Facilities Commission meeting please use the following process listed:
  • Send an email no later than 10 business days prior to the Commission meeting date regarding your request to Shelly Lovato at
    shelly.lovato@wyo.gov
    .
  • This request needs a cover letter on District letterhead and signed by the Superintendent and should include all necessary information to inform and educate the Commission.  SFD suggests that you include a variety of visuals which can be helpful to the Commission to better understand the request.
  • The information you provide will be included in the Commission packet and should be in an electronic format and limited to 10 pages of 8 1/2 x11 size paper.
  • If you will be requesting an acknowledgement of enhancement(s), please contact a SFD project manager.
  • Once this information has been reviewed by the SFD staff, the requested item will be submitted to the Commission for review and then final inclusion on the agenda.
  • The SFD recommends that the District be prepared for their presentation and that the presentation should last no longer than 15-20 minutes.
