If you would like to present at an upcoming School Facilities Commission meeting please use the following process listed:

Send an email no later than 10 business days prior to the Commission meeting date regarding your request to Shelly Lovato at
shelly.lovato@wyo.gov.

This request needs a cover letter on District letterhead and signed by the Superintendent and should include all necessary information to inform and educate the Commission. SFD suggests that you include a variety of visuals which can be helpful to the Commission to better understand the request.

The information you provide will be included in the Commission packet and should be in an electronic format and limited to 10 pages of 8 1/2 x11 size paper.

If you will be requesting an acknowledgement of enhancement(s), please contact a SFD project manager.

Once this information has been reviewed by the SFD staff, the requested item will be submitted to the Commission for review and then final inclusion on the agenda.

The SFD recommends that the District be prepared for their presentation and that the presentation should last no longer than 15-20 minutes.
