Emergency Rules
In accordance with W.S. 9-2-1022 and 16-3-103, the Human Resources Division of the Department of Administration and Information has amended Chapter 14 of the State of Wyoming Personnel Rules to effectuate the implementation of the newly developed Performance Management system. These emergency rules were approved by Governor Mead on October 14, 2011and forwarded to the Secretary of State's Office in order to implement the new Performance Management Initiative (PMI).
A&I Human Resources Division will now begin the process of going through the formal rule making process to adopt these rules.
