Employee PMI Training

Video based training for the State of Wyoming Performance Management Initiative (PMI) is available to anyone interested.

These videos are optional for employees and are the same as those available to supervisors. Online training ensures that the same training material and content is available to all employees and supervisors.

In order for supervisors to receive credit for completing training, please complete the training following the steps in the "Supervisor PMI Training" link.

The linked information below provides access to each video training module and its accompanying documentation. It is best to complete the training in sequential order and to view associated documents with each module. To complete the entire training below will take approximately 2 hours. This training is available to you at your convenience. You may replay the training segments as many times as you wish.
