Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ)
The description of work for an employee is generally described on a Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ). Currently two different forms are available to include one for civil service employees and one for at-will employees. In order for an employee's JCQ to be reviewed for proper classification, agencies are required to submit a completed Agency Services Request Form to A&I Human Resources Division.
