Registering for Course Instruction On-Line:

Register for classes on-line at http://personnel.state.wy.us/training via Internet Explorer.

Registration online requires a username and password.  The first time you register for classes, you may establish your personal username and password and complete your office and department information.  Keep your username and password handy for continuing access to our online class registration.

Confirmation letters are sent via e-mail the week prior to the start of your class session.

You may access online registration 24 hours a day from any computer anywhere.

Online registering enables self-registration and self-cancellation, when necessary.

You may browse the current quarter’s course listings.

You may update your personal profile at any time.

Keep a record of your class dates and times.  Classes begin at 8:30am and end at approximately 4pm.

Once class enrollment has reached maximum limit, a waiting list is established.

A minimum number of 3 participants is required to confirm a class session.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, participants will receive confirmation via phone or e-mail that the class has been canceled.

A fiscal contact person is available within each agency. Following your registration, contact your agency’s fiscal person who will be responsible for processing payment through the WOLFS system.  The student’s class confirmation letter will contain the IET information.

The enrolled student will receive a class confirmation letter with payment information indicated on the page.   This confirmation letter must be directed to the agency fiscal person for payment processing. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO ATTENDING COURSE TRAINING.

A screen print of the WOLFS IET transaction should be mailed to the Emerson Building, Room 123,  ATTN: Janice Mann.  A screen print of the WOLFS PV transaction for reversal of payment should be mailed to Emerson Building, Room 123, ATTN: Janice Mann.

Class cancellation must be confirmed a minimum of 3 full working days PRIOR to the scheduled date of the class session.  Cancellations made before the 3 full day deadline will receive a full refund.

Registrations canceled any time after that will be charged the full class fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
