Emergency Rule
In accordance with W.S. 9-2-1022 and 16-3-103, the Human Resources Division of the Department of Administration and Information has amended Chapter 14 of the State of Wyoming Personnel Rules to effectuate the implementation of the newly developed Performance Management system. The Emergency Rules became effective upon approval by the Governor on October 14, 2011.
