PURPOSE OF THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT DESIGN TEAM:
To modify the current performance appraisal system to measure performance based on
the business-related outcomes of the state.
Establish a method of creating meaningful and measurable employee goals and
Establish a method to measure performance levels across the organization.
Role of the Performance Management Design Team:
The Design Team will be responsible for the design of the new performance management
The Team will meet twice a week over the course of 6 weeks or longer.
Members may include:
Agency HR Professionals
Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) from different roles and levels of responsibility
