PURPOSE OF THE PERFORMANCE RECOGNITION TEAM:
Develop methods and strategies to link the modified performance appraisal system to
monetary and non-monetary rewards.
Identify pay strategies which support the direction and intent of the Governor and
Develop methods which support the Compensation Philosophy and Performance
Management Philosophy of the State of Wyoming.
Review best practices of employee recognition to employee performance.
