PURPOSE OF THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING TEAM:
Develop a process to train all supervisors on the modified performance appraisal
To develop supervisor performance appraisal instructional tools, such as:
Develop instructional information for employees.
Role of the Performance management Training team
Meet on an as-required basis (likely to start by mid-July) over the course of the project.
To plan to provide training to an Agency HR Committee meeting to keep them involved as well
as on the project website.
To provide training materials ready for launch in September and with a phased roll out.
