Anti-Trust Training will be offered by the State of Wyoming on June 29, 2009 at 10 a.m., in Room B-63 of the Herschler Building.
The Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice will be providing antitrust training to procurement officials, auditors and investigators in relation to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding. The Division is offering this training because the potential risk of fraud and collusion increases dramatically when large blocks of funds, such as those associated with the ARRA, are quickly disbursed.
